What is the difference between a traffic coating and waterproofing?

A vehicular traffic coating *is* a heavy-duty waterproofing system, but it's specifically designed to also handle the abrasion and chemicals from constant car traffic. Standard "waterproofing" is often for below-grade foundations or plazas with only foot traffic.

Can you work in an active, occupied parking garage?

Yes. We are experts at "phased" installation. We work with property management to close one section or level at a time, minimizing disruption to your tenants. We manage all traffic re-routing and safety signage.

My concrete plaza is failing. Can you fix it?
